As part of the London Borough of Waltham Forest's Winter Spaces initiative, we are proud to be hosting a Community Living Room and a Community Kitchen over the winter months.
If you are looking for somewhere warm where you can enjoy a subsidised hot meal (meat & vegan options), hot drinks and soup, a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere with games and facilities for children and babies, then please get in touch using the form below (click here for form).

We are now open at the following times:
Leytonstone Ko-op Community Kitchen every Friday from 10:30am until 1:00pm
Community Living Room every Friday & every other Sunday from 10:30am until 1:00pm

Our Community Space offers a friendly and relaxed environment for visitors to enjoy a free tea
or coffee and snacks and to socialise and chat. Visitors can remain within the warm communal
space or enjoy the gardens if they wish. All food provided is Kosher, this is the only Kosher café
in Waltham Forest. A large range of books, magazines and newspapers are available to read and
there is a play area for children. There are always volunteers available to help visitors and
learning about Jewish culture and practices is encouraged. We also have a gardening group
which visitors are welcome to join.
